An $800 deposit is due at booking.
$700 will be due by January 15, 2020
$700 will be due February 15, 2020.
The remaining balance is due by March 15 2020.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation after booking will result in a partial refund of the total paid minus $100.
Any cancellation after December 31, will result in the total loss of deposit.
Any cancellation after March 1 will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum.
Should the trip be canceled, your deposit and any other monies paid will be refunded in full.
It is wise to get trip cancellation insurance just in case, though we hope this won't be the case.
A minimum of 4 participants will be required.
